At Bauhinia Coaching, we provide both private and group plans featuring a variety of sessions in swimming, cycling, running, and fitness activities. Our monthly personalized training plans are tailored to help you achieve your objectives, enhance your overall performance, and unlock your potential.
How it works?

1. Initial Consultation: Set up a call or email us to discuss your goals and training options.

2. Plan Selection: Choose your plan; all programs will be uploaded to the Training Peaks platform weekly and adjusted as needed. -
3. Ongoing Feedback: Feedback after sessions via Training Peaks, email, or WhatsApp. -
4. Weekly Check-ins: Execute your monthly plans at your own pace, with weekly check-ins with your coach, James.

All programmes may encompass a selection of activities, including triathlon training, swimming, running, cycling, strength and conditioning, and more.

Lifestyle Training Program
→ Focuses on improving overall health and well-being, incorporating exercises and activities that align with an individual's daily routine and lifestyle. ​​
→ May include a combination of cardiovascular exercises, strength training, flexibility exercises, and mindfulness practices.
→ The main goal is to enhance physical fitness, manage stress levels, and maintain a healthy weight.
Fitness Training Program
→ Focuses on improving physical fitness levels and target specific fitness goals such as weight loss, muscle gain, or overall athletic performance. ​​
→ May involve a variety of exercises and training methods EG. high-intensity interval training (HIIT), resistance training, endurance training, and functional training.
→ This program is personalised based on an individual's current fitness level, preferences, and desired outcomes.
Competitive Training Program
→ Highly Specialised and designed for individuals who participate in sports or competitive events and aim to enhance their performance in a specific discipline or sport​​
→ May involve sport-specific drills, conditioning exercises, and strategic planning to optimise performance during competitions.​​​​​​
→ This program is personalised to improve specific skills, strength, speed, agility, and endurance required for the chosen sport.
